Upgraded to V4 and made available for use in a wider variety of buildings, Desigo CC is equipped with interdisciplinary support including fire safety, energy management, lighting, HVAC and physical safety. Desigo CC's technology is compatible with every structure, from residential to commercial buildings and education and health facilities. This technology has the ability to interact with the occupants of the buildings and to provide a living environment adapted to changing needs by analyzing the data collected from the building.

Designed to expand Desigo CC's product portfolio, the Desigo CC Compact provides precise scaling and flexibility for use in small and medium-sized buildings. Desigo CC Compact offers users the choice with 3 software versions focusing on small and medium-sized buildings. For example, it allows users to focus on HVAC, allowing them to execute their projects efficiently. In addition, the second software version of the Desigo CC Compact for hazard management supports fire and safety standards, while the Desigo CC Compact for electrical applications enables efficient operations for electrical installers with the automatic installation of Engineering Tool Software (ETS) projects and local KNX integration.

Powermanager module for efficient energy system

The latest version of the Desigo CC building management platform comes with the Powermanager module to manage consumption, energy quality and consistency in energy systems. The newly added module, with instrument panels in combination with the alarm function, helps to easily identify and anticipate the need for action. In addition to the Powermanager module, Desigo CC V4 also features a new, intuitive cloud application that allows operators to control and act on alarms and events in multiple buildings.

Improved connectivity and utilization

In addition to the BACnet, OPC, Modbus and SNMP modules already available, the Desigo CC V4 enables the rapid integration of subsystems such as new link expansion modules for KNX over IP and M-bus TCP/IP. Through a series of libraries, it is possible to connect and define common building automation devices with special graphic templates. This offers tangible benefits for a wide range of applications, such as lighting and meter monitoring, and helps simplify engineering. Beyond that, Desigo CC offers a new HTML5 web-based client with the Flex Client, which is available on laptops and tablets with any operating system and web browser. Users now also have a touch interface that enhances their possible work environment. In addition to these innovations, Desigo CC V4 is also equipped with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) module. This makes it possible to directly visualize a building with real-time values, 3D models and 3600 images, giving control over every step of a building automation. Users can access the data at any time from the geolocation tags and product data pages.
