"WE ARE ENLIGHTENED WITH YOU" PROJECT BY LİMAK ENERJİ
Limak Energy has started to develop by measuring customer experience in order to maximize satisfaction in the region it serves. Limak Energy Uludağ Elektrik General Manager Ali Erman Aytac stated that they will apply a survey via SMS to customers who make transactions from customer transaction centers, "We receive feedback from our customers about their experience sharing. With this project, the experience of approximately 90 thousand customers was measured in 15 days. According to the first results obtained from the survey, the satisfaction rate was determined as 88 percent." Stating that corrective and preventive plans were prepared for the customer profile representing 12 percent and who reported suggestions and complaints for various reasons in the region where Limak Energy serves, Aytac stated that they aimed at 100 percent customer satisfaction thanks to the feedback obtained in accordance with the purpose of the project. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IS INVALUABLE   Stating that they work with independent research institutions to measure the impact and performance of factors affecting customer satisfaction, Aytac said, "We design our plans and processes accordingly in order to maximize customer satisfaction level. We will continue to pursue our continuous improvement efforts with the EFQM Excellence Model, which we have adopted with an understanding of corporate excellence in line with quality and management approaches." Limak Energy Uludağ Elektrik General Manager Ali Erman Aytac said the following about the project: "All processes such as physical space, electronic environment, transaction times and communication where our customers contact us are important in terms of satisfaction. We meticulously examine customer feedback on all issues such as subscription transactions, collection, campaigns, assurance fees, online transactions, mobile application, customer processing centers. In order to provide better service to our customers, we have implemented the customer experience study via SMS. With the "We Enlighten You" customer experience study, we have signed an innovative application".
