CK Academy, which sets out with the motto "Our power is in our energy, our energy is in development", provided 90 thousand hours of training to 2 thousand 843 employees in 2018. CK Academy supported BEDAŞ employees with 'Technical School Program', 'Engineers Becoming Stars with Energy' and 'Competency Development Catalog' programs. In the energy sector, where qualified labor force is of great importance, the training of employees is one of the sine qua non of quality and safe electricity. Established in 2018 in line with the objectives and strategies of the institution, CK Academy contributes to business results by improving the professional knowledge skills and personal and managerial competencies of employees with a continuous development approach. CK Academy, which supports keeping occupational health and safety (OHS) rules at the center of working life in every training project that has been implemented, provided approximately 90 thousand hours of training to a total of 2 thousand 843 employees in 2018.
ON-SITE TRAINING WITH TECHNICAL SCHOOL CK Academy, which implemented three projects in Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. (BEDAŞ), supported its field employees with training in 2018. The Technical School Program, which was implemented in 2018, consisted of three separate modules as 'first step in the field', 'safe step in the field' and 'step forward in the field'. Within the scope of the program, a total of 15 thousand 152 hours of training was offered to seven groups. Practical trainings for field workers were held at Bakırköy Training Track. LIGHTNING ENGINEERS READY CK Academy; In 2018, he also launched the 'Engineers Who Become Stars with Energy' program. The program, which aims to realize the professional, personal and managerial skills of engineers who are the manager candidates of the future in a modular structure spread over time, was created from three modules under the titles of 'understand me', 'understand us' and 'make a difference at work'. Within the scope of the program, a total of 2 thousand 518 hours of training was given to future management candidates.
20 DIFFERENT TRAININGS FOR COMPETENCE Another training offered to BEDAŞ employees in 2018 was the 'Competency Development Catalog'. The program, which is designed to focus on the areas that are important for the success of the organization and supports the employees to be happier, more productive, open to development and recognize their strengths, included 20 different personal and professional training titles.
