Zorlu Energy Group, which continues to work for the most efficient evaluation of the assets in its portfolio, has authorized 2 different banks for its companies operating in both natural gas and wind energy fields in order to evaluate options such as shares or asset sales as well as strategic or financial partnerships. According to this authorization; İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler (Is Investment Securities); Trakya Gaz Dağıtım AŞ and Gazdaş will investigate the sales opportunities of some or all of the shares and assets of Gaziantep Natural Gas Distribution AŞ and conduct negotiations with potential buyers. Rotor Electricity Generation Inc. and Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler will negotiate the sales opportunities and possible negotiations for the sale of Gökçedağ RES with an installed capacity of 135 MW, Sarıtepe RES with an installed capacity of 57 MW and Demirciler RES with an installed power of 23.3 MW under the shares owned by Zorlu Rüzgar Enerji Üretimi AŞ or under these companies.
