CDT, which has been producing innovative services to the sector with its knowledge unit for years and continues to be a pioneer in electronic design automation both in our country and in the international arena with local resources, closed 2018 by expanding its working area and team. CDT, which supports the innovative efforts of our domestic industry with solutions and consultancy services for electronic design automation, works without slowing down to export the value-added information and services it provides to Turkey in research and development. In 2018, CDT incorporated brand new solutions to support companies' digital transformation, as well as to overcome the challenges they face in electronic component design, prototyping and production. We Have Achieved Smart Factory Transformations! Stating that they have expanded their working area to the Middle East and North Africa and grown by 20% compared to last year with the new colleagues they have added to their team, CDTGenel Manager Alpay Göğüş evaluated the year as follows within the scope of these developments: "We are happy to directly support our country's innovation efforts by witnessing them for more than 25 years. While leaving behind another year in which we have realized many successful projects with our experienced team that is in cooperation with the world's leading brands and can offer total solutions in electronic design automation, we are happy to have a presence in the international arena. In 2018, when we made a rapid entry into the age of digital transformation, we offered Valor solutions to our customers, which offer a ready-made platform to integrate many hardware and software used in the sector and a solid infrastructure with the help of IoT, common data sharing and analytical capabilities. With Valor solutions, which enable the transformation of a factory where electronic printed circuit production is made into a 'Smart Factory', we have stepped in at every stage of PCB design and production at the points where traditional enterprise resource planning and production-management systems are insufficient, enabling these systems to be used more effectively with local resources." The Transition from 2D Thinking to 3D Thinking in Electronic Design... CDT undertook the representation of DragonFly 2020 Pro 3D printer in Turkey, Middle East and Central Asia market with the cooperation they realized with Nano Dimension, one of the world's leading 3D printer manufacturers in the electronics sector, during the year. Stating that with this cooperation, they have started to offer their customers the opportunity to control all product development cycles, increase their productivity and accelerate their time to market, Alpay Göğüş added that they have paved the way for developing electronic products through additive manufacturing for the first time in our country. Alpay Göğüş conveyed his new year goals and completed his words as follows: "We will carry out useful works for the sector in 2019 with DragonFly 2020 Pro 3D, which provides added values such as the freedom to prepare and experiment with designs in complex geometries, to produce according to the needs of different shapes, sizes and flexibility, and to offer faster products to the market. In line with the priorities of the companies, we will continue to be with them step by step in this process thanks to the modular structure of Valor solutions, which is an integration that will form the basis of the transition to Industry 4.0 for PCB production. We continue our efforts to provide high quality service by adding the knowledge we have provided with the experience we have gained for many years to the solutions we offer to our customers. We are very pleased to offer our services that we produce with local resources to our country and to export them to our region and to watch quality works emerge in the future. We hope that 2019 will be a year in which we move in the same line and rise. "
