"RENEWABLE ENERGY" MESSAGE FROM UEDAS

UEDAŞ, which is considered to be among the leading electricity distribution companies in Turkey that stands out with its awareness activities in the field of social responsibility, gave the message "To the Future with Renewable Energy" at transformers in Bursa to draw attention to the issue of renewable energy. Uludağ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., which continues to work to provide uninterrupted and quality service to more than 3 million subscribers in Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale and Yalova. (UEDAŞ) is also developing various social responsibility projects to raise public awareness. UEDAŞ, which aims to increase social awareness with the "Transformers Speak" Project it carries out in the service region, has signed a new study in this context. Within the scope of the project initiated to raise awareness on various issues of concern to the society, the issue of renewable energy was finally discussed. Within the scope of the project, where the message "To the Future with Renewable Energy" is given to a transformer building in Bursa, which is determined as a pilot region, it is aimed to spread alternative energy sources and to raise awareness of the society on this issue. UEDAS also provides training and seminars to children throughout the year on conscious energy use. TRANSFORMERS GIVE SOCIAL MESSAGES With the "Transformers Speak" project, which started in late 2017, UEDAŞ aims to raise public awareness by opening idle transformers to social responsibility. Thus, while preventing negative writings and uniformity in transformers, it is ensured that social messages are given at the same time. Within the scope of the project, "Don't Be an Obstacle", "Seat Belt Ties to Life", "Stop violence against women" informative texts were written on transformers with graffiti art. In addition, warning and awareness letters on healthy living and addiction issues were also processed by graffiti artists on the transformers. The project, which is being painted in 30 transformers determined in Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale and Yalova, is planned to be spread nationally by cooperating with various institutions.
