Istanbul, Turkey : Global mobility solutions provider thyssenkrupp Elevator has managed to deliver its full mobility solution package covering 143 passenger boarding bridges and 4 elevators at Istanbul Airport, one of the world's largest projects, in as little as 27 months. Istanbul Airport, which has six runways and an annual capacity of 200 million people, will be the largest airport in the world with the completion of four construction phases. Critical for the airport to operate at full operational capacity, thyssenkrupp Elevator's passenger bridges and elevators offer passengers a seamless, safe and comfortable travel experience.
