Intersec 2026 Opens Its Doors in Dubai
His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council, officially inaugurated the 27th edition of Intersec 2026, one of the world's leading exhibitions in the fields of security, safety and fire protection. The event is being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will run until 14 January.
Bringing together over 1,200 exhibitors from more than 60 countries and expected to welcome over 50,000 visitors, Intersec 2026 showcases the latest global solutions and technologies in security, safety, fire protection and emergency response. Spanning approximately 65,000 square metres, the exhibition also features a comprehensive conference programme with more than 250 expert speakers.
During the opening, His Highness reviewed advanced technology solutions developed by local and international companies, underlining Dubai's vision to strengthen its position as a global hub for security and safety. He emphasised that Intersec plays a key role in fostering strong integration between innovation, institutional preparedness and practical implementation.
Intersec 2026 provides a comprehensive overview of integrated security strategies for both public and private sectors across key sectors including Homeland Security, Cybersecurity, Fire & Rescue, Commercial Security, and Occupational Health & Safety.
