Energo-Pro enlightens Turkey
Operating in 11 countries, mainly in Central-Eastern Europe, the Black Sea and the Caucasus, ENERGO-PRO produces more than 3TWh of energy per year with its 36 power plants with a total installed capacity of 863MW. ENERGO-PRO, which operates a hydroelectric power plant with a total installed capacity of nearly 100MW in Turkey, plays an active role with its activities to reduce foreign dependence on energy. ENERGO-PRO, which produces electricity with environmentally friendly and efficient hydroelectric power plants in a wide geography covering Central and Eastern Europe, is located in Turkey; It serves with 5 hydroelectric power plants located in Sivas, Tokat, Ankara and Artvin. ENERGO-PRO, which has been producing an average of 585,000 MWh of energy with 5 power plants since 2010, has two more ongoing projects in Turkey.
610,000 households will be enlightened with new investments Stating that the two projects under investment are located in Muş and Kars,
ENERGO-PRO General Manager Celal Kozumali said; "Our project in Muş stands out with the fact that Turkey has the largest lake area in the private sector. We plan to commission our project in Kars at the end of 2019 and our project in Muş at the end of 2020. When our projects become operational, we will meet the electricity of 405 thousand households annually with a total production of 1227 GWh. When we look at our total capacity, we aim to meet the electricity needs of 610 thousand households by the end of 2020." '
'It will produce water turbines and generators'' ENERGO-PRO, a multinational company, produces eco-friendly water turbines and generators with its own manufacturer of water turbines, Litostroj Power, as well as its company Litostroj Engineering, which focuses on research, design and engineering work.
Celal Kozumali stated that they are planning the same investment in Turkey; "We continue to work on our turbine and generator factory that will be operational in Turkey. The turbines and generators to be produced will have 95 percent efficiency."
